I couldn’t help but weigh in on this.

Harassment and creepy behaviour that has plaque social interactions across previous existing media have now transverse to the virtual reality platform?

I salute the quick response from Meta in quickly adding the “personal boundaries” system as a mandatory feature.

Now everyone on Horizon Worlds can safely give each other at least a 2-foot virtual space (call it a form of social distancing🙂) when on VR.

The point for me here is, as much as measures are being put in place to address situations like this, we as a people have to do a “rethink” and be more responsible.

Such unhealthy interaction, bullying and creepiness is our collective effort to stop and make a POSITIVE contribution to people’s mental health. Different people are in social space for varying reasons. Do make sure embedded in your reasons, your presence is a blessing and not otherwise
